These gloves and jump rope were exactly what I was hoping for. I got them mainly for the gloves, and I use them when I play a Wii cardio boxing game. The velcro is strong and the gloves do not move around on your hand when you punch. I was worried the jump rope might not fit me, as a length was not given, however I was pleased to discover that it was the perfect size for my height (I am 5'6").I recommend this set and would buy it again.
